Richmond Fellowship QLD has decided to migrate your mobile service to the Telstra network. You will need to keep your new SIM card and these instructions handy on the date provided for your location. Once you lose service on your old provider you can then swap to the Telstra SIM card.

How to change your SIM card
  1. Turn your handset off.
  2. Gently insert the simcard tray key into the small pinhole opening in the SIM tray.
  3. Apply a small amount of pressure until the SIM tray pops out.
  4. Grab hold of the SIM tray and pull straight out.
  5. Look at the size of the SIM card you are removing and remove the same size from the new SIM card.
  6. Swap your SIM card.
  7. Re-insert the tray.
  8. Turn your handset on.

Setting up MessageBank®

To retrieve voicemails or to set up your personal greeting, dial 101 on your handset to call the Telstra MessageBank® service. Once your call is connected, simply follow the prompts.

I am using a dual SIM Phone

If you are using a dual SIM phone you will need to go into your settings and update the SIM card in your SIM card manager. Each phone will vary on how to do this and we recommend looking up your phones user manual for complete instructions.
