The CADS suite allows our customers to allocate telephone call costs across departments and divisions, enabling accurate cost recovery. Clients can be invoiced for their share based on account, authorisation codes or extension usage.

Customers can save by auditing their own network, producing traffic reports and monitoring service levels. CADS has an integrated operator directory making it quick and easy to locate staff.
All CADS products support multiple customer sites, multiple PABX vendors and models as well as multiple carriers.

CADSWIN: This is a Microsoft Windows based system ideal for organisations of all sizes because of its ease of use. Reports can be automated and can easily interface with other Microsoft products such as Excel and Word for ease of distribution via email.

CADS3: This is a UNIX based system, suited for larger organisations with large telecommunications networks. This is a high performance, scaleable and reliable system suitable for organisations such as government departments, universities, hospitals etc. Phoneware can customise this product in many ways to meet individual client needs.

CADS Web: This product enhances both the CADS Win and CADS 3 products by providing a web interface to internal directories.
